ANY QUESTIONS ?

Right of withdrawal

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must also be in its original packaging.

Products not eligible for return:

  • Perishable products, such as CBD flowers and food products
  • Open or partially used products, such as CBD oils, creams, gels, and balms
  • Sealed products that have been opened for health and safety reasons
  • Vaporizers that have been used
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

Return conditions :

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
  • The customer must provide a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
  • Return shipping costs are always at the customer’s expense.

Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if any)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt.
We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if any)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.

If, after completing these checks, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at online@cannahouse.shop.

Items on sale (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange an item for the same model, please send us an e-mail to online@cannahouse.shop and send the item to the following address: Rue des Fripiers 19, 1000 Brussels

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.
Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €60, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
